COST/INSURANCE: All services are available for all, including patients experiencing homelessness. A financial counselor will meet with you to discuss your options and benefits that you may be qualified for.

About

HPP offers services to all families with children (you do not have to be pregnant!). They focus on housing, prenatal and parenting support, child development, family finances and stability, access to technology, domestic violence and substance abuse, family unification, and emergency support of basic needs.

REGISTRATION
The first step is to come into our office and speak with us one-on-one so we can better understand your needs and how we can help.

Registration Hours for New Clients:
PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY. New clients are seen on a first come, first served basis. Unfortunately, we sometimes reach capacity early and we will have to ask you to return to the next registration shift.

Monday & Thursday
9:00 – 10:00 AM

Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday
1:00 – 2:30 PM

When you arrive, please bring the following documentation, if available:
• Identification card
• Social Security card
• Birth certificates for children
• Immunization cards for children
• Proof of income (for deposits)
• Proof of Pregnancy

During the registration process, you will be asked to fill out a form telling us about you and your family and letting us know where you need assistance. Our staff is kind and respectful, and many are former clients themselves, so please feel comfortable talking openly with us so we can do our very best to meet your family’s needs.

If you are in immediate need of food, diapers, clothing, or any other basic necessities: We will be able to provide you with these things as soon as you come in to see us (if we have these supplies available). If we do not have the supplies when you come in, we can refer you to an agency that does.

If you are homeless and pregnant, ready to obtain permanent housing, or suffering from family violence, substance abuse, and/or mental health issues: You will be able to meet with a case manager who will continue to offer you support in follow-up appointments if necessary. Your case manager may request additional documentation relevant to the services they are providing.
