*Evaluation and treatment of medical issues
*Follow-up of chronic and ongoing medical problems
*Routine vaccines & checkups
*Screening for many health disorders and chronic disease management, such as diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, anemia, hepatitis, and cancers
*Routine vaccines and check ups,including screening for Colon, Breast and Cervical Cancer
*Women’s health services, including family planning and reproductive health
*TB screenings
*In-house phlebotomy
*Referrals to specialist as needed
*Behavioral health services / counseling: Individual Therapy, Substance Use Counseling, Gender Affirming Surgery Assessment and Referrals,
*HIV services (treatment and care)

*TRANS THRIVE: Transgender Resource and Neighborhood Space Transgender Health & Resource Initiative for Vital Empowerment (Trans Thrive) is a drop in center for trans individuals. The goal is to create a safe space and specialized services for the trans community, and the drop-in is staffed primarily by trans individuals.
*TACE: The Tenderloin Area Center of Excellence program was created to serve people living with HIV who were affected by homelessness by providing drop-in services. The drop-in center provides a space for the community to eat breakfast, watch TV, use the internet, make phone calls, participate in art therapy, attend support groups focused on mental health and harm reduction, and access case management and navigation.

Cost

Sliding scale based on income level and ability to pay. Accepts private insurance through Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross, and Humana in addition to Medi-Cal and Medicare. Will NOT turn you away if you are unable to pay for high-quality health care.
